The Solvang City Council, at its July 28, 1997 regular meeting moved to file the following comments:

Finding 7:

Requests that the City Administrator should develop an organization chart or matrix to clarify the function of each board and commission and to identify the community need being filled.

The City Council of the City of Solvang supports the development of such an organization chart or matrix and directs staff to prepare such a document to be used as a reference tool for interested individuals.
