Due to pending litigation against Santa Barbara County, the responses to the 1995-96 Grand Jury Final Report from the Board of Supervisors and the Sheriff were appropriately limited. Therefore, the 1996-97 Grand Jury chose not to review nor summarize any
of the responses.
