Dear Judge Gordon:

We concur in all of the findings of the Grand Jury Interim Final Report on the Buellton Unified School District and the recommendations that were made for implementation. Inasmuch as this office worked very closely with the Grand Jury during this particular investigation, and that much of the information quoted in the report comes from either work done by investigators or attorneys from this staff, we believe that the findings and recommendations are warranted.
