1. The SBPD, in conjunction with ABC should continue their cooperative effort providing crowd and alcohol controls at lower State Street bars to ensure that these facilities abide by occupancy and service regulations. Accepts with thanks and notes appreciation of SBPD and other agencies involved for GJ feedback. Intends to continue working cooperatively with other agencies. SB

2. The Old Spanish Days Board of Directors should continue to concentrate on more traditional-type bands because the music and various activities set a tone for crowd behavior. Concurs. (Chief Breza is member of Board of Old Spanish Days). SB

3. There were abundant bathroom facilities at De la Guerra Plaza. These should be marked with large signs to direct the public. Agree. Staff to work with appropriate City departments to see this is accomplished for 1996 Fiesta. SB Grand Jury noted this had been accomplished at 1996 Fiesta.
