In response to the above referenced Santa Barbara Grand Jury Report Recommendation #1, the Lompoc Police Department has developed and implemented a policy concerning the arrest, booking and medical treatment of arrestees suspected of ingestion of dangerous drugs.

This policy took effect May 8, 1995. A copy is available if you desire.
